Pencil Projects Architecture Studio is a boutique design firm with a strong focus on community, specializing in residential, commercial, institutional, and community-based projects.

 

Founded in 2020, PPAS provides personalized architectural planning and design, project management, and assistance with building department approvals and permits. With over two decades of experience in various project types across Westchester County, our unique and trusted design process is highly engaging and tailored to each client. Since our start, we’ve worked with over 250 residential and commercial clients on projects like new builds, fire reconstructions, large interior renovations, additions, tenant fit-outs, adaptive reuse, custom outdoor spaces, music studios, daycare centers, yoga studios, churches, movie theaters, art centers, offices, and more. We’re proud to partner with many beloved non-profits in Westchester County. At the core of our mission is a dedication to creating beautiful, responsible, and inclusive designs.
