Pencil Projects Architecture Studio is a community - focused boutique architecture and design studio, specializing in residential, mid-sized commercial, institutional and community-based projects.

 

Established in 2020, PPAS offers concierge architectural planning and design services, project coordination and management, and building department approval and permit coordination. With over 20 years of experience across various program types in Westchester County, our engaging and tailored design process is both unique and trusted. Since our inception 4 - years ago, we have collaborated with over 250 residential and commercial clients on projects including new construction, fire reconstructions, major interior renovations, additions, tenant fit-outs, adaptive reuse, custom outdoor spaces, music studios daycare facilities, yoga studios, churches, movie theaters, art centers, offices, and more. We take pride in partnering with numerous cherished non-profit organizations throughout Westchester County.
